Current status
This website is a market-research pilot. PreconTrace is gathering non-confidential feedback before deciding whether to open for commissions. No payment, appointment or confidential tender-document transfer is accepted through the site.
Public research is intentionally project-neutral. Company and project identities should not be included in feedback.
The proposed delivery model
A future review would be shaped around how tender decisions are made: what is included, who owns it, what information is missing, when a decision is needed and what should be clarified or qualified. Material observations would be linked back to an expressly agreed source set.
A deliberately clear boundary
The proposed service would support tender and technical-document review. It would not act as an engineering designer, appointed consultant, compliance approver or substitute for competent project parties.
